Next, we suggest keeping some dental-related items in your emergency kit. Things like gauze, a small container to hold a lost tooth, salt, and clean gloves can come in handy during a dental emergency. Another way to prepare is to keep up with your routine, biannual dental visits and at-home oral hygiene regimen. By staying on top of your preventive care, you are more likely to avoid dental emergencies.
