What are the important things to consider when looking for a dentist? To many, the most important things are location, convenient hours, appointment availability, quality of care, affordability, friendly staff, insurance acceptance, and having the latest technology. Others want availability to cosmetic treatments such as whitening, veneers, and adult orthodontic treatment. Dr. Walkington and staff will meet all of these requirements and make going to the dentist a little easier.

We are conveniently located in Frisco Texas on hunger corner of Hillcrest and Rolater.
Convenient Hours
Many people can’t take time off from work or school to go to a dental appointment. Is a dentist that works 8-5 Monday through Thursday going to work for you? It is common for patients at that type of office to have a hard time getting appointments when needed. We try to have early appointments available for people who want to get in before work. That’s why we have appointments as early as 7 am. We also have appointments for those after work or school. We are open as late as 8 pm. Can’t make it during the normal business week? We even have Saturday appointments.
Emergency Availability
What if you have a dental emergency? Maybe a sports injury? A toothache? A chipped tooth? Just give us a call and we will see you promptly.
Affordable Care
Whether you do or don’t have dental insurance, we make getting the care you need affordable. It’s simple, if you have A PPO dental insurance plan, we accept it! If you don’t we have a discount plan. We also have flexible payment options and financing available, even for those with no or bad credit.
Exceptional Dental Team
It’s essential to have a great dental team, not just a good dentist. A good dental team will make everything from scheduling an appointment, to explaining costs of treatment an easy process. A good front desk staff will help you schedule your appointment. A dental assistant may take the needed x-rays for you, help you feel comfortable at your appointment, and assist the dentist or the hygienist during your treatment. A dental hygienist or maybe even a dentist will clean your teeth and let you know how you can prevent future problems. A financial coordinator will help you understand the costs of treatment and help you use your dental benefits.
Not a dental chain!
It is common at dental office chains to see a different provider of care at your appointments. These dental chains may also have high turnover of their providers who aren’t vested into establishing a relationship for a healthy smile for life. Do you want the same person to complete the care you need? Wildflower Dental & Orthodontics is not a dental chain. Dr Walkington is the only dentist so you will have the same person for all of your treatment. We will get to know your smile and build a relationship for a healthy smile for a lifetime.
Family Dentistry!
Does the dentist see the whole family? Do they see kids? Many dental offices will not see young children. Others will see them for routine visits, but if there are extensive treatment needs will refer to a pediatric dental specialist. Dr. Walkington and staff love to see children. We promise to make their dental experience a positive one.
